Make A Payment

Payment for our residential window cleaning service is via Direct Debit.  Our commercial customers may pay by Direct Debit or Bank Transfer.

Direct Debit:   To pay by Direct Debit please click on the link above.  This will take you to the secure GoCardless website who process Direct Debits on our behalf.  Once your Direct Debit has been set up your invoices will be paid automatically, collected around 7 days after your normal cleaning day.  Direct Debit is the safest, most secure way of paying and takes away the hassle of having to remember to pay each time.  A one-off payment for any other service can also be paid via this method.

​Your payment will only be applied for after we had cleaned. The Direct Debit facility is hosted by GoCardless, using 256-bit SSL encryption (the banking system requires just 128-bit) and is trusted by companies such as Virgin, HM Government and Tripadvisor to name a few, therefore you can rest assured that this is the most secure form of payment. You are in full control of setting up and cancelling your Direct Debit and it is covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.


BACS payments:  To make a payment by BACs or direct transfer (which is free) please use the details supplied on your invoice and your invoice number to identify your payment.  This is easily done through telephone, online banking or at your branch.  Should you need our banking details to pay using this method please contact us.
